Raffle and Prize Rules

1. Promoter

The promoter of each prize draw on the Fanswer platform is Fanswer Ltd, registered in England and Wales. References to "we", "us", and "our" in these Rules refer to Fanswer Ltd.

2. Eligibility

Fanswer is open to registered users aged 13 and over. Users must confirm they are 13 or older at account creation.

Certain prize draws involving age-restricted prizes — including alcohol, adult experiences, or other age-restricted content — will be clearly marked as 18+ on the platform. Users of any age may enter these draws. However, if you win an 18+ prize draw and are under 18, the prize will not be issued to you directly. You will be required to nominate a person aged 18 or over to receive and use the prize on your behalf. Your nominee will be required to complete identity verification before the prize is released. If neither age verification nor a valid nominee is provided within 7 days of winning notification, the prize will be redrawn.

Employees, contractors, directors, and representatives of Fanswer Ltd, its affiliates, and any prize partners involved in a specific draw, along with their immediate family members or members of the same household, are not eligible to enter that draw.

Prize draws are void where prohibited by applicable law.

3. How to Enter

Participation in any Fanswer prize draw is completely free. No purchase, payment, or financial contribution of any kind is required at any stage.

You earn raffle tickets by taking part in activities on the platform. These currently include completing quizzes, maintaining daily streaks, and referring friends who successfully onboard to the platform. Referral multipliers may apply in certain cases, and these will be clearly explained in the platform at the time. We may introduce additional ways to earn raffle tickets through new game mechanics from time to time, and these will always be communicated clearly when introduced.

Once you have earned raffle tickets, they are held in your account for you to use as you choose. To enter a specific prize draw, you must actively select that draw in the app and choose to allocate one or more of your tickets to it. You are never automatically entered into a draw and you are under no obligation to enter any particular draw.

Only tickets you have actively allocated to a draw during its entry period will count as valid entries for that draw.

4. Free Entry Route

No purchase or payment is required to earn raffle tickets or enter any standard prize draw on Fanswer. A free route to entry is always available. Users earn tickets by completing quizzes, maintaining streaks, and referring friends — all of which are free activities.

The free entry route gives participants the same odds of winning as any other entry method. The number of tickets you hold determines your proportionate chance of winning in any given draw.

5. Draw Period

Each prize draw will have a clearly defined opening and closing date and time, which will be displayed on the platform or the relevant campaign page. Only tickets allocated to a draw before its closing time will be counted as valid entries for that draw.

6. Prizes

The prize or prizes available in each draw, along with their description and approximate value where applicable, will be clearly set out on the platform or the relevant campaign page at the time of the draw.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative unless Fanswer Ltd, at its sole discretion, agrees to offer a substitute or is required to do so by law.

We reserve the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances require it.

Where a prize is marked as 18+, it will only be released to a verified adult. The prize is issued to the nominee directly and the under-18 winner has no claim to the prize itself.

7. How Winners Are Selected

Winners are selected from all valid entries using a fair, random, and auditable process. Every ticket allocated to a draw has an equal chance of being selected. Your overall odds of winning depend on the total number of tickets entered into that specific draw by all participants.

We may use internal tools or trusted third-party services to conduct the draw and maintain a verifiable record of the outcome.

8. Notifying Winners

Winners will be contacted by email or in-app notification using the details associated with their Fanswer account, within 5 working days of the draw date.

Winners may be required to confirm their eligibility and provide information needed to fulfil the prize, such as a delivery address or travel details. If a winner does not respond within the timeframe stated in the notification, or cannot be verified as eligible, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

Where a winner of an 18+ prize draw is under 18, they will be contacted within the same timeframe and given 7 days to either verify their own age or provide nominee details. The nominee will then receive a separate KYC verification request. If this process is not completed within 7 days, an alternative winner will be selected.

9. Prize Fulfilment

Full details of how a prize will be delivered or arranged will be provided directly to the winner after the draw. This may include digital delivery, physical shipping, or coordination of travel or event arrangements depending on the nature of the prize.

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party providers such as travel operators, venues, or couriers, but we will make reasonable efforts to support winners in resolving any problems that arise.

10. Publicity

We may, where permitted by law and subject to your consent where required, announce winners by first name, initial, or username and general location such as city or country, on the platform or through our marketing channels.

No winner is required to take part in any additional publicity. Any further involvement, such as appearing in content or promotional material, will be entirely voluntary and subject to a separate agreement.

11. Disqualification

We reserve the right to disqualify any entry where there is evidence of fraud, manipulation of the platform, use of multiple accounts, use of bots or automated tools, or any other breach of our Terms and Conditions.

Where a winning entry is disqualified, we may award the prize to an alternative eligible participant.

12. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fanswer Ltd is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, or incomplete due to technical issues beyond our control, or for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in a draw or from accepting or using a prize, except where directly caused by our negligence.

Nothing in these Rules excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, the European Union, or any other jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, those protections apply to you in full.

13. General

By entering any prize draw on Fanswer, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Raffle and Prize Draw Rules and our main Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or amend a prize draw or these Rules where necessary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, while acting fairly towards all participants wherever possible.

These Rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales, consistent with our main Terms and Conditions. Where mandatory local laws in your country of residence apply, those protections are not affected.

14. Spanish Participants

Participants entering prize draws from Spain should be aware that local tax obligations may apply to prize winnings. Fanswer will provide winners based in Spain with any information required to meet their local tax reporting obligations. Fanswer reserves the right to withhold a portion of the prize value where required by Spanish law to cover applicable taxes.
